• “Island Eats” Cookbook Pre-Order

  • The Upper Captiva Civic Association has put together an island cookbook, “Island Eats“, with over 200 recipes to enjoy while on the island or at home. The book  is full of “go-to” island friendly recipes submitted by fellow islanders, including main dishes, snacks, appetizers, drinks, and more!
     
    By purchasing this cookbook you’ll help UCCA raise funds for island initiatives to keep North Captiva beautiful and functional.  We are taking pre-orders now.  Cookbooks will be available in late October and can be picked up on the island or shipped.  These will make great gifts for your friends and family while supporting North Captiva Island.
